Stone Profit Systems allows you to record the various block inspection reports completed by the block inspectors. To save time, the Inspection reports can also be entered in real time with the use of mobile devices like an iPad, or smart phones.

Block Processing and Production

Blocks to be Processed
This dashboard clearly shows all the blocks that need to be processed. Either t o produce against customer orders , or to replenish fast moving product inventory. The customer order blocks are automatically show as soon as a block is allocated for a customer order. The list is compiled based on the customer request date for delivery. The fast moving product blocks show based on the safety stock and the reorder levels setup for each of the product.
Stone Profit Systems generates route cards for the steps that each block should go through. The route cards can be customised , and can record details such as: signed by, start date, etc.
This entry allows you to track the dimensional changes before and after a block goes through a wire saw dressing process. Various parameters contributing towards the cost of the wire dressing can also be tracked.
This dashboard allows mixing and matching multiple blocks on one trolley in order to maximise and optimise the cubic feet processed in one run.
This allows entry of the detailed dimensions of all the raw unfinished slabs produced during the gang saw cutting process. Various cost vouchers that contribute towards the cost of the block processing such as consumables, electricity, steel grit, blade widths, lime, etc. can also be entered and tracked.
Here you can enter the finish for each slab such as: honed, polished, velvet, etc. Also, any dimensional changes during the polishing process can be tracked.
Finished Goods Costing
The finished good cost is automatically calculated using the sum of the prorated raw material cost (i.e. Block Purchase Cost + Block Freight Cost), and the prorated processing costs that go into the production of the finished good.
